Casa La Lenga Patagonia, hotel in Cerro Castillo

Set in Villa Cerro Castillo in the Aysen region, Casa La Lenga Patagonia features a patio and mountain views. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property.

Casa la Lenga is beautifully designed, constructed, furnished and decorated, which makes for a super comfortable and relaxing stay. It’s also really well located for hiking in the Cerro Castillo NP and other sightseeing, easy to get to from the Careterra Austral and close to town - ideal! Add to that the gorgeous views, from all the rooms, of the surrounding mountains, valleys etc. All in all, a place we wished we could have stayed for longer. Andres is a great host too; he helped us figure out which hike would be best for a hot, windy day (Neo Zelandes) Thanks Andres - we hope to be back someday.

QUELEN PATAGONIA, hotel in Villa Cerro Castillo

Located in Villa Cerro Castillo, QUELEN PATAGONIA offers a garden. Selected rooms have a kitchen with a fridge and a microwave. Balmaceda Airport is 69 km away.

Great value for money. It is one house with 3 rooms of dorms for 8 people each. It is located approx 5 km before Villa Cerro Castillo. So you need a car to get there. Kichtchen has all the basics you need. Rooms are a bit packed when full - no locker for your stuff - only a shelf. But nice guests to have a chat - so best option if you are traveling alone in Cerro Castillo and don't wanna pay like 100 USD for a full hut.

Fantastic views, stylish lodge, attentive staff.

Fantastic views, stylish lodge, attentive staff. Beautiful location surrounded by nature, views of valleys and mountains. The food was not exceptional but well prepared. The Lodge itself is well designed in the farmhouse country-side kind of style, huge windows, nice furniture, and it feels like a private retreat rather than a hotel. The manager was exceptional- he was at 5 different places at the same time, finding time to greet all guests, offer meals and services and attention. I only think English as an international language of communication would be desired: we could have used a locals' advice on the Park and the area as our information was rather limited.

Very nice home. New, high-quality construction. A reasonable walk from the small nearby town. Beautiful views and surroundings with numerous outdoor activities available. Horseback riding, fly fishing, trekking, sightseeing, etc. Exceptional hosts that own and manage the property. The family goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommend. I already submitted my review, but it did not appear - even after I received the email that it was on line. Our one night stay was thoroughly disagreeable, freezing cold, heating inadequate and staff disinterested. In my review I forgot to mention that they did NOT, contrary to the website, accept credit cards. Maybe some other chalets are better, but our 4 bedroom was the pits. I had already sent a picture of the disgusting and not cleaned shower but it did not get published :-O I enclose again

One of the few villages on The Carterra Austral that seems to know what it is doing. Everyone was friendly and helpful which is certainly not the case elsewhere in southern Chile. I am sure it will become much more famous in the future
