Professional and friendly staff. Great facilities in good shape, well maintained with attention to detail. Warm, heated rooms with double glazed thermal insulation windows. Clean, modern venue, with safe on premises parking. Well illuminated and gated access to hotel, parking and gardens. A few kilometers from downtown San Fernado with none of the traffic, parking and personal safety issues of an urban setting. Excellent restaurant! Gourmet menu with fresh, tasty, imaginative and well spiced international fare. Pisco sour better than most restaurants in country and up to par with the best Peruvian pisco sour. Good hearty breakfast with delicious whole grain ground coffee, local fruit and mermelades, honey, cheese, ham and eggs. Great value! Unbelievable find in rural Colchagua valley. Great starting point for tour of vineyards.

We liked the building and room. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice to also have breakfast. New TV with YouTube etc… Staff were nice but didn’t speak any English.

I spent two days in San Fernando as it was the location I needed to be in for my night bus to Puerto Varas. The local bar and restaurant scene was lovely, however finding a place to stay that was affordable was a bit horrifying. There are no accommodations that you can book online for less than $60 usd a night. Found a gem of a restobar called Donde Claudio that had wonderful staff and great food and drinks.
