Beautiful facility with a nice sea view with a good distance from Hwy 9 that we would not hear the road noise. Laura the manager is very nice and hospitalable, made wonderful breakfast for us and gave us good referrals for restaurants. We rented two units and we have the living room for ourselves most of the time. The units are clean and very roomly.

There are lots of trips to Torres del Paine from Puerto Natales. We visited during a busy period, so didn't manage to get booked in for all the activities we wanted. But there are certainly plenty of things to choose from here. A lot of places had restriced hours, so we missed visiting the museum as it was closed. Maybe we should have picked a different time of year. But Torres del Paine is a spectacular National Park and Puerto Natales is a safe and friendly town.

The town is really cute.
The town is really cute. It isn't busy or huge like a city, it is a quaint waterside town. There are many really great restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, outdoor clothes stores, bars, and some souvenir stores. The town is located on the water with great walking paths and views. There are outdoor tour/excursion companies. Many pick up at the hotels/hostels in the area.

Great little town, better than I was expecting.
Great little town, better than I was expecting. Plenty of good restaurants and a very good regional history museum, particularly the first big room about the indigenous people in Patagonia. Very nice boardwalk along the water, too, with interesting sculptures. The main downside is the harsh weather, so if I went again I would plan a few extra days just in case, to give it time to improve. It's not like you're going to run out of things to do there if you're a hiker!

The best part of this place are the amazing views of a part of the world that's considered to be the end of the world I've never seen anything like it before. It really exceeded my expectations. This is also known as Drake's passage and it should definitely be considered one of the wonders of the world.

Proximity to the water was great.
Proximity to the water was great. A fair amount of bird life about when we visited. We were in transit to Hotel Lago grey so our visit to the town was relatively brief. Our impression of Puerto Natales was degraded by the poor customer service we received from Hotel Costaustralis. There greedy attitude thankfully was not evident in our other hotel stays :)

One of the gateways to Patagonia, less than 2 hours drive from Hosteria Pehoe. Direct flight from Santiago, everything is convenient, except there is no car rental place at airport. But it is only a 10 min taxi ride to town.

One of the best hostels in town, recommended by Adam the hiker YouTuber. The staff is amazing and helpful, breakfast included and very nice. They have very nice public space, luggage storage for free and taxi services. Also ATM and banks nearby. I stayed here for 4 nights. They prefer to not pay in booking because it might take commission, it is cheaper to pay in cash once you arrive there without reservation. One tip is to directly reserve the hostel. It actually saves your money.
When staying in Puerto Natales, it makes sense to stay at the Hotel Australis. It has great views over the water, the rooms and food are good - it is exactly what you need either before or after a trip to Torres del Paine. Great value for money, no complaints about staying here.
Fantastic and comfortable apartments in the perfect location for visiting Puerto Natales. We were particularly impressed with the attentive and kind staff. We stayed here twice during our trip (at the start and near the end) and would return next time we are in the area.
We booked the Hotel for a short stop on our way to Torres del Paine. Good price, room and facilities for a quick stay. The location near the Bus station was very convenient.
