This was a beautiful place to stay before our W trek hike, the rooms were large and beautiful, the shower was great. The breakfast was prepared the night before, allowing us to enjoy it prior to our early departure to Torres Del Paine. It was a beautiful continental breakfast spread, one of our best in South America. You can pay a fee for baggage storage if required.

Amazing property. It has a unique design that is very fitting for its environment. Location is outside city but a 10min taxi ride (at USD3 per way), so everything is close. View was outstading, staff was great and spa is exactly what is needed after a day of excursions.

The property offers a good selection of basic breakfast items. They also provide scrambled eggs on request for breakfast. The rooms are cleaned daily and soap, shampoo and conditioner is provided. Clean towels are also provided daily. The best thing about this property were the staff. Even if something was not in the room such as a kettle or hairdryer they would do their best to accommodate including provided hot water and lemon when I felt under the weather, forks when we had take out and a hairdryer from reception. The location is also pretty good. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was hot and powerful.

Beautiful accommodation with an amazing view , breakfast was fabulous and tasty . Great communication with Laura and lovely to meet when we arrived..the place is remote but exactly what we wanted . Taxis into town , arrive quickly and cheap so not an issue . We loved it .
