Large cabin with well stocked kitchen in a quiet area. Nice pool area. Wood stove in cabin heated the space very quickly. The owner very kindly came to start the wood stove and explained how to use it.

Very nice cabin, surrounded by trees, blending in nature. Beds are very comfortable and the fireplace gives a great atmosphere. Hosts are super friendly and give helpful tips of the area. Lovely dog , Moly. :)

Our host was very accomodating. When we arrived, the room we booked was undergoing maintenance, so we were upgraded to a beautiful cabin for the same price. The cabin was fantastic and we had a wonderful stay.

The vibe is great, you can tell a lot of heart has gone into making duub a special place. Beds are comfy, rooms are adequate size, bathrooms are super clean, the kitchen equipment is great, and chilling by the pool in the middle of the forest is priceless. There's even a small pump track style mtb trail that loops around the property. Hammocks by the trees, cuddly dogs, what else could you wish for?
The host is next-level kind, knows the ins and outs of Las Trancas, and he's always willing to provide you with advice regarding trail systems and fun activities, making your stay even better.
This is easily the best hostel I've stayed at.

The sky park is amazing but rather expensive.
I recommend renting your equipment in the store adjacent to El Leñador market, which is where we also bought food

Las Trancas is a great base for the adventure enthusiasts with excellent mountain biking, snow skiing, and trekking on your doorstep. There are good restaurants and cafes to enjoy and shops supporting your activities with gear for rental and sale. Access is very easy on a tarred road all the way.
