Gourmet menu with fresh, tasty, imaginative and well spiced international fare. Pisco sour better than most restaurants in country and up to par with the best Peruvian pisco sour. Good hearty breakfast with delicious whole grain ground coffee, local fruit and mermelades, honey, cheese, ham and eggs. Great value! Unbelievable find in rural Colchagua valley. Great starting point for tour of vineyards.

We loved everything. To start the hotel is an architectural marvel. Beautiful grounds and views of the vineyards. The room we had was very comfortable, beautiful. Great views. It was difficult to leave!
