We showed up to the property via organized car from the hotel and were extremely impressed immediately by the service. The hotel itself exudes luxury yet so cozy with fires going. We have two young kids that were so happy with the cozy nook they had in our room with their own beds. We were on a 3 week vacation in Italy and Switzerland and had the best meals here.

Excellent location, great cafe and restaurant. Really enjoyed Zuoz loved the mountain access and the local attractions (Sauna at Castell, James Turrell skyspace, Cafè Badilatti).
Hotel is close to the skilifts at Zuoz. The Staff were excellent - very professional. Breakfast was good. Restaurants are the usual cuisine - waiters are very good.
