The father/son proprietors greeted us personally. The view was pretty awesome and the drive to/from the hotel was a little harrowing but the scenery was nothing short of amazing

We booked this hotel last minute after we had an issue at a previous location. Maya at the front desk was wonderful, staying late until we found it after getting lost - she was very accommodating and even called a local restaurant to find out if they would be open for a late night meal. This seems to be a great location for hikers and day trips into Lucerne - we will be visiting again and staying more than just one night!

Breakfast is very nice and had several choices. Many kinds of bread and cheese especially. We also had dinner at their restaurant. They have very nice traditional foods and great desserts.

The place is modern, clean and easy check in. Coffee and pastries a nice touch. Plenty of parking.
Location not good next to busy train line and struggled to sleep with no air con in summer but is very convenient for travellers.

During Pandemia Covid-10 I really didnt' see and visit much and the reason to stay there it was because my daughter was at the nearby Hospital (Kantonsspital Luzern Wolhusen) for an emergency. That's why I was focused more on that family emergency and my choice was more out of necessity than my intention.

I have never stayed at a cleaner hotel—everything was absolutely spotless. The location is beautiful , and every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes and utensils you might need. Additionally, they offered a delicious wine for purchase, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The place was perfect, and it couldn’t have been done better!
