Basically, nothing. The location is sort of okay as there is a Coop nearby and a bus station right next to it. The Interlaken West train station is within 6 min of walking distance. Although train to most popular destinations leave from Interlaken East. But nothing apart from the location was good

The room was good, with all the facilities. There was a balcony, and the view of the lake Thun and the mountain was outstanding. The breakfast spread was good.
There was an electric kettle, but no tea or coffee. However, on asking, they did provide tea and coffee. There was plenty of parking. It was only 5-10 minutes to drive to Interlaken Center.

Unterseen and Interlaken have a lot to offer. We have spend majority of our time outdoors, enjoying nature. The ski resorts around Unterseen are amazing and within just 30 minutes you are on the slopes but without spending a fortune of money for a hotel, as it is usually the case when staying at a mountain resort.

Great staff, new hotel. I was the first person to ever stay in the room that they put me in. Very comfortable and cozy rooms. It was a good break from the hostels I had been staying in.
Jan was an amazing host! The place was lovely and cozy. He also has a cafe that has really nice breakfast. Will definitely be back to stay when im back in Unterseen
