Great location; only a 3 minute walk to the central train station and a tram station directly across the street. Our first floor rooms were very clean and modern in contrast to so many hotel rooms today that are long past the point of needing to be remodeled. Of the four hotels we stayed during our European trip, Central Plaza was our favorite. This hotel also has a very nice Resturaunt and Bar/Lounge area.
Hotel Neufeld on the Goldbrunnenplatz square in Zürich-Wiedikon is just a 10-minute tram ride away from the center of Zürich.

Great location very close to a tram stop. Very good reception staff, they allowed us to indulge in the breakfast on check in day itself, since we were to check out at 6 am the next morning.

Just wow. Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at, and I travel a lot.
The rooms are small but super cozy and have every little detail that you could possibly need - including small things like a towel warmer that came in very handy to dry my cloth after a rainy Zurich day.
The staff all go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. It looks like they take pride in the quality of their work.
The breakfast is impeccable.

Great location near train station and is really part of the old town.
The location in Thalwil was perfect for us as it was within walking distance of relatives we were visiting. The hotel was modern, with stylish, generous sized rooms, extremely clean and with good amenities and situated right next to beautiful Lake Zurich with Thalwil's main railway station right across the street.
The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful and housekeeping prompt and inconspicuous.
Can't comment on breakfast as we didn't eat there.
