As a recurring guest with my family, We appreciate the great location near minigolf and restaurants. The nights are very quiet. The staff is like always very professional and friendly, and the staff is consistently professional and friendly. The breakfast offered everything needed to start the day, though the refilling of items like oranges and cold meat took some time.

Super location and beautiful view from our window over Lake Biel. Clean and comfortable. Quiet. Breakfast was good though basic. A greater choice would have been nice. The lady in charge was very attentive and friendly.

The hotel has a very good value for money rating. Expect no luxury, but it's pretty decent and clean. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. It was very close to Biel. I really liked the pizzeria and the restaurant (not for the decoration, but for the food and staff).
