What a wonderful hotel! Everything was just perfect. There are several hiking trails right from the hotel and it is possible to hike over the mountains to a nearby town, then take busses back to the hotel. The meals at the hotel were great and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

From the moment you arrive, the general feeling is excellent. The team is passionate about making your stay a memorable one. We booked the half-board a 3-course dinner in the evening and a hearty buffet breakfast. There are 20 rooms and 2 suites. We were allowed to see one of the historical room the "Pratriziale Suite" it is like stepping back in time. The room has so much history even Napoleon was a guest there.
Located in Castasegna and with Train Station St. Moritz reachable within 25 miles, Das Pöstli – Ristorante Garni Post has a terrace, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a bar. The inn has family rooms.

The views from the rooms facing the village and the mountains are breathtaking. Free parking in the hotel's covered garage. The hotel's terrace has possibly the best views in town, great place for a bite or a drink at any time of the day. Rich continental breakfast. Friendly staff.
We went for the half-board option - dinner was plenty and tasty though rather standard. Ones up for a more gourmet experience may want to try out the other options in the town (check out Palazzo Salis or Stüa Granda).

The location is unbeatable, the terrace is privileged and the view breathtaking. Great to have breakfast (plenty of options) and dinner (delicious) every day.
The rooms are simple, comfortable and clean.
There are no additional facilities but what else do you need when you have such a beautiful place and plenty of activities all around?!

The hotel has a lovely terrace and garden that are ideal for enjoying pre dinner drinks. Soglio is a beautiful village and after the long hike from Casaccia it was so good to arrive at this hotel. The rooms are very well appointed (modern chic) and dinner was very good.
Soglio is one of the most attractive villages in Switzerland and the Stüa Granda is a very well priced and appointed hotel in which to experience it. The staff are friendly and efficient, the kitchen and food are excellent and the rooms are comfortable and a decent size.
Very good location - 2min from the bus station and just next to the church. Beautiful view from the hotel room. Very good restaurant. Simple but large and comfortable room - consistent style with the tranquil and beautiful Soglio town.
