Natio (the host) was very, very friendly and so helpful - just an awesome host!
The breakfast was also very nice - tasty and local. Right in the center of Sent (which was perfect for us). Bus stop is just a few steps away. The house is quite freshly renovated and simply gorgeous! This wasn‘t our last stay at Pensiunina! :)

Sent is an interesting mosaic. It is a small village situated on a high terrace above the En River in the Lower Engagin region. Its threads include farmers, artists/artisans, families, retirees and visitors. The tourist economy supports the village but doesn't define it; that's not always the case in Swiss mountain towns. The outdoor recreation opportunities are plentiful and super high-quality. The people are welcoming. It is a welcoming oasis.

Although a large part of old Sent has been burnt in fires,...
Although a large part of old Sent has been burnt in fires, there are still several old houses, and overall, to me, the village has a relaxed Engadiner atmosphere. Because it is located 200m above the valley it has gorgeous views to the mountains. Although I drove with my car, there appeared to be frequent post buses. I personally enjoyed cross-country skiing (Langlauf) on the Scuol-Martina Loipe that is easily accessible from Sent. Scuol is also nearby in case one wants more choices for dining or wants to enjoy the thermal baths.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, very well equipped, and extremely central in Sent. It is modern yet set inside a historical barn with wooden shutters, so there is no direct view of the outside from the windows, but there is plenty of natural light.
Lovely, friendly little hotel. Beautiful location. Very traditional, old fashioned accommodation, but excellent bathroom facilities. Everything absolutely spotless. Nice food as well.
