The hotel was relatively close to the Lucerne town area. The room was cleaned everyday and the bathrooms were fairly clean. There was a mix-up regarding the room payment, but it was resolved very quickly. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was a great place for children with all the play areas. Breakfast was satisfactory. It was only a short drive from down town with easy access to the main roads.
