Very clean and tidy, had all the essentials we needed and was really pleased that a Swiss plug adapter had been left for us to use as I did not realise that I would need one which was different to the other countries in Europe that I have visited. We had originally booked for the hotel next door which was much more expensive and did not have 24 hr check in and because our flight was very late and delayed, I’m really pleased we changed. Beautiful scenery.
The hotel is located in an spectacular place. Easy to access by car (I´m not sure how to reach the hotel by bus).
I had an upgrade from the room facing the mountains to a room facing the lake. It was a fantastic view. The breakfast is OK (simple, but delicious) and the room is comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and always available to help us.
The hotel has a retro look and feel, but we were aware of that and prices were set to that. The owner was very nice and even swopped our room n arrival. Magnificent view of the surroundings. Bathroom was a bit noisy when flushing. Apart from that: very good!
