The location is incredible. Just across the street from the Interlaken West train station. Quick walk to shops, restaurants and sights. Staff was friendly and helpful with local suggestions. We asked for rooms next to each, or better yet adjoining, and our request was fulfilled. We had a balcony overlooking the water. Fabulous stay!!
