A very nice family own hotel, clean rooms, and very friendly staff! The variety at breakfast, really prompt service, and the location close to the town center and very close to mountain gondolas are a great plus for a nice stay in beautiful Grachen! Very good accommodation, very clean, open spaces and the owners were very helpful. Would highly recommend it for people wanting to visit Zermatt very close to public transport and has an excellent view from the apartment.
The places is not too far from Tasch it was easy to get to Zermatt from here. The hotel was nice for the price for Switzerland. The owner was very accommodating. We couldn’t make the 7pm check in time he made arrangements for this which was great seeing as we were travelling from Italy. Staff were generally very helpful
Everything was great, staff super helpful, before we check in the staff even arranged a place in a different hotel for people, because they didnt have a spare room in La Reserve. But they helped people to get room in different hotel. Super helpful people!
