Was switched to a nearby hotel of same group for to full capacity. Owner/ staff did their best to accommodate my needs, and was arranged to a very nice family room for the night. Lovely interior, spacious and clean!

I found the staff at Hannigalp to be friendly, helpful and competent. The amenities are nice and well organized. The hotel is in the car free zone of the village, it is very quiet, but the electric hotel taxi gets you there in the blink of an eye. The bed was comfortable, and the view from my room amazing. The bathroom is nothing to write home about, but there is a nice spa area. I did not eat at the restaurant, but it looks cozy. Hiking or trail running around the area is wonderful.

The room was gorgeous, spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything is new and furnished with great taste. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, the staff is very kind and attentive. I also ate at the restaurant one evening, the food was excellent and the atmosphere very cozy. Great place to explore the Zermatt area.

Very good accommodation, very clean, open spaces and the owners were very helpful. Would highly recommend it for people wanting to visit Zermatt very close to public transport and has an excellent view from the apartment.

The hotel was located in the beautiful village of St. Niklaus, and it was super quiet. Also very conveniant location to get to Zermatt. Easy to park at a few hundreds metters from the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and very modern. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was modern and very relaxing. Breakfast was simple but really good, really enough to get the day started. The staff was adorable :) helpful, and welcoming. A great place to stay whenever you wanna visit Zermatt.

Wonderful hotel close to centre and station. Excellent breakfast. Spotlessly clean place and super modern. Opposite a quirky little restaurant which opens late. Will come again!
