Within walking distance of the train station, Hotel Bernina 1865 is a beautiful building with lovely views. The room was clean and had a spacious bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The included breakfast buffet was delicious with many food choices and the breakfast room is simply stunning. We had dinner on the last night of our stay in the Pizzeria Bernina Restaurant that is part of the hotel. Veronica, one of the people who helped us at the restaurant was lively and quirky, bringing us olives she had made with herbs and oranges - delicious! The pizza was superb, as was the panna cotta.

The apartment was in a great location to golf, exploring the town and walking to dinner. There was a supermarket very close by and a little farm market across the street from the apartment the morning of our departure- where we picked up some fresh fruit, pastry and coffee

If you are staying in St Moritz Samedan is a great option because it’s cheaper, only 7 minutes away by train and many hotels are just a short walk from the railway station unlike in St Moritz where you will have to take a bus or a taxi if you have luggage to get to the hotel

Nice small city. Very good base for approaching the ski resort Corviglia and other, as well. Good shopping posssibilitiess. Easy to access. Despite the heavy snowing municipal services are working very well - street cleaning, bus and train connection.
A touch of grandeur to this old hotel, was right up my alley. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable and the view of the mountains simply amazing! The adjoining terrace was large, allowing us to soak in the atmosphere. Mr Davide at the reception went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Highly recommend the restaurant with wood fire oven where you get fresh hot pizzas (and a lot else). The breakfast hall had simply astounding views of the mountains and the spread was laid out with great style. Definitely worth another visit!
A beautiful historic house in the very centre of the village. It is two steps away from everything you need - perfect spot to explore the valley. The access to the Samedan spa complex is included in the price and the spa itself is just round the corner. Ursula who runs the place is an excellent host, very cheerful and helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
Location is so good. You can reach the ski areas easily. The hotel offers free parking area. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Worth the money. Way cheaper than the other hotels in the area. It was my second stay here for the new year and both went well.
Very satisfied for the hotel. The room walls are surprising sound proof. The church bell is not a problem at all. The room is clean, large and well equipped. Breakfast start at 5am:)
