The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was really good. There was a lounge area which we had to use because our room was too small to sit in.

Despite very cold harsh temperatures outside, the apartment was extremely warm and comfortable. It had all the cooking facilities needed, a modern large fridge with small freezer, nice cooker (although we never used these appliances), a toaster and kettle and coffee maker. (We only used the kettle). Good shower and bath and twin sinks. Hairdryer. There is a spar just around the corner and is very conveniently situated for the railway. Nice walks to Zurich lake too and the Lindt chocolate factory!
