Great location
OK Spa, can be crowded, there's an outside part but in the end the view is not that great

Overall one of the best and easiest hotel experiences.
As soon as we checked in we were upgraded to a different room then midway through our stay we asked to be transferred to a different room with a bathtub and without hesitation the staff easily helped us switch rooms. Both of the rooms we stayed were very clean and everything worked perfect. But the rooms were cold but when asked was provided another heater for the room.(we stayed in December)
We enjoyed the bus ticket we received upon checking in to use all the busses for free during our stay. The staff took the time to explain exactly how the bus system worked resulted in us not getting lost once. We also revived a discount at the Pilatus lift.
The pool table is something we haven’t had in a hotel before. Before we went to the pool hall we ordered drinks at the bar and the bartender brought them straight to us at the pool table.
We also eat at the restaurant once and to our surprise it wasn’t that expensive. A very simple menu but executed perfectly.
Parking was easy as the hotel has its own parking area but expensive. This could be something included with the price of a room.
Right on the shore of Lake Lucerne, Hotel Seerausch in Beckenried offers panoramic lake and mountain views, a lakeside bar, and free WiFi.

Great property. Room is large, modern with great view and amenities. Spa is nice too does not have the infinity pool but has everything else with much less people. Paolo who checked us in was very nice and pleasant. Most of the service team is professional and courteous.

Nice little village situated halfway the mountain.
Nice little village situated halfway the mountain. No cars allowed but the trains stop right in the middle of the village and the cable car to the lake is almost as close. Hiking trails are very nice and provide plenty of views.
Not many restaurants but the one open provided nice food. There is one shop with all necessary items. A bit expensive but when food approaches its overdue date, it's offered with 50% discount.

Mount Rigi is one of the most beautiful areas on Earth.
Mount Rigi is one of the most beautiful areas on Earth. Rigi Kaltbad is a start point of hiking with the breathtaking views over mountains, lakes and alpine meadows. It is a car-free area, so one enjoys clean air, clear views and bio berries and vegetables grown on the alpine slopes.
Rigi-Kaltbad means pastoral landscapes, peace and absolute harmony.

For being on top of a mountain, there are a lot of things that are easily accessible. We did some very easy hiking along a wheelchair accessible trail as well as a couple of side trails. The spa is pretty special, as long as the pool going outdoors is open. There are a couple of good restaurants and a couple of mediocre ones. Everything costs what it does in Switzerland: a lot. But it's possible to find pretty decent hotel deals.

The location was just stunning with an endless view of the Alpes from the bedroom and the breakfast room. It was probably one of the most peaceful hotels I've stayed at - it helped that the rooms are well insulated, there's no TV (or at least there wasn't one in mine) and it was 5-min away from the centre of the village. The room was simple but comfortable and sparkling clean. The breakfast was rich with good Nespresso coffee. The staff was very kind and made it for a perfect stay.
The hotel is wonderful, situated at the top with an amazing view of the lake and mountains. The staff was very friendly, with plenty of humor and pleasant communication. They were also very welcoming to our child. Dinner was delicious, and breakfast with a view of the mountains and snowfall was truly impressive.
We definitely plan to return and visit again. Highly recommended!
Our one-night stay was truly unforgettable. The spa was outstanding. The food was exceptional, with every dish exceeding our expectations, and the breathtaking view from our room added a magical touch to the experience. I would love to return in the future and stay longer, the Rigi and the hotel were incredible!
