The room was a good size with comfortable beds and a lovely balcony overlooking the village, valley and mountains. I also enjoyed the included breakfast.

Almost everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent.Room was comfortable and good cupboard and hanging space.
I paid £354 for 7 nights. The single bed mattress was old and uncomfortable. The internet was intermittent and insecure. There was an evening meal offered on 2 evenings only. No access to tea or coffee during the day. The bar was not open either. The hotel was clean and tidy. I do not believe I received value for money.
The location of the hotel is a good one if you want to quickly reach the cable car from Fiesch. We rented 2 rooms with a large terrace and a very nice view. It's a good option for a night, especially if you're traveling with a dog (like us).
The hosts have been exceptional in their execution of the concept, a very peaceful and ecological hotel in a magical locations. The food, the spa, the atmosphere were all perfect. And of course, the cross country piste is world class.
An excellent hotel! Very friendly and helpful owners, great breakfast, good restaurant. Really well located just off zhe main road and near the train station; has a small shop opposite.
