I travel a lot, but this time I was amazed! Andrea answered all answers promptly, helped with check-in, and on the day of our check-out(it was very early morning) even arranged package with breakfast to go.
Long story short - out of hundreds stays I had in the recent years, I would remember that hotel for being warm, cozy, and for the great stuff that treats you like a family, doing everything to help and to advise best.
p.s. Andrea's dog Max just stole my heart - now I want to have the same =)

The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff very attentive and courteous. The spa facilities were wonderful. We were very lucky that we were completely alone twice. Otherwise it can get full very quickly. The location is great and Pontresina is a wonderful place to explore.
The staff in the wellness area and in the bar were extremely friendly. We felt very welcome.
