As the name suggests, this is a budget-friendly option for travelers. It's ideal for those whose primary focus is exploring and experiencing their destination rather than indulging in luxury accommodations. The hotel prioritizes safety and cleanliness, providing a simple and comfortable place to rest after a day of sightseeing.
However, the rooms are best suited for single travelers or couples due to the design of the toilet and shower doors, which offer limited privacy. Overall, it's a practical choice for budget-conscious travelers looking for a safe and clean place to stay.
Overall, our stay was excellent for a budget hotel. The staff were very welcoming and provided great service throughout our visit. A special shoutout to Joyce Baumann for your outstanding assistance—thank you for making our stay even more enjoyable!
We appreciate the hospitality and would gladly recommend this hotel to budget-conscious travelers looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay.

This hotel is a very nice one! We like it! The location is good and the staff are friendly! The only thing not good is the smell when we enter the front door, it seems that the smell from the old rug. If we come to Luzern again next time, we will choose this hotel again. I like the breakfast they provide.
The 3-star Hotel DES ALPES is ideal for city travelers. It is located directly on the Reuss River in the picturesque, car-free old town of Lucerne right next to the world-famous Chapel Bridge.
