The location was fabulous in the old town, we walked everywhere but there are buses, trams and the train easily accessible if you need it. Plenty of restaurants around and the river to walk along. Staff were very friendly. The room and bed were very comfortable.

The hotel was a great size and comfortable for two people when visiting Bern. Breakfast was a great selection and we really enjoyed it! The computer-based check in was quite unclear for non-German speakers so come prepared - make sure you read your room number before you click next as it ONLY pops up there which can be a little confusing.
