Note that the so called parking is a super market parking, where everyone parks for free and it’s open to any passer by. But the hotel will make guests pay for the super market parking.
The attitude of some staff and the management are not very professional, they will probably try to deny the facts instead of taking seriously the many negative comments on their attitude.
The lady at breakfast was the only nice one.

Best of both worlds: large apartments, hotel service, large beautiful garden, nice swimming pool. A very cozy place , very little people around, very friendly staff. Walking distance from Ascona. We were in a rush while leaving and forgot few things at the hotel.. and they sent those back to our home address without any fees.

Losone is a good place to explore valleys like Maggia, Verzasca, Onsernone, Bavona, Centovalli etc. for hiking, taking a bath in one of the rivers, pools, waterfalls.
Also a lot and good Grottos to eat nearby Casa Kosamui.
What is a bit annoying is the heavy traffic when you come down from the highway in Sant Antonino and Cadenazzo in directing to Locarno and there is no other road to avoid the rush hour.
When you go to this place is like going to your own home...literally, you will find every equipment you need.
The apartment is spacious, bright and perfectly located if you wish to travel through the full valley. You can even go by foot to the harbour of Ascona which is 2.1km.
you also have tank station, supermarket, bakery....around the apartment in the losone village so it is wonderful.
The hosts Tania and her husband are lovely and they reply very fast to any questions you may have....Absolutely THE place for holidays
The apartment is located exactly where I wanted to be; the apartment is within walking distance of the Gerre Losone golf course. The owners were very kind and helpful. A parking place was even reserved for me.
