Reception was wonderful and loved the entire concept of people with disabilities bring trained in the workforce. Remember to be a little patient with ordering especially if you are not a French speaker.
Great hotel if you are out and about during the day. Due to the hotels environmental policies, windows are covered with steel shutters during the day (they open at night) to maintain temperature control and it would either be very gloomy or very hot in your room. Get out and enjoy Martigny!

This was our 6th hike on the TMB (Champex to Chatelard via Trient). When we booked accommodations, we opted to bypass Trient and stay in the next town over: Chatelard. Even though it's a bus ride from Trient, it's worth it. Out of all of our stays on the TMB, the owner was the friendliest and most helpful. She went out of her way to ensure our stay was terrific. The bus times changed the week we were there, and there was confusion about the time, so she drove our group to the trailhead to start our next hike. Book this place if you want a clean, affordable stay with delicious food and a wonderful host.

Our host Mrs Paula was very sweet and took great care of us during our stay! We enjoyed a lovely breakfast at the restaurant, which has a typical cozy Swiss look to it. Our room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Everything was clean and although the bathroom is shared, we didn’t encounter any issues.

It was very quiet and comfortable. We loved the spacious apartment with everything we needed. Also the hosts were fantastic and provided a very nice breakfast. We left the car and walked to the market, restaurants and the train station. We were very happy to stay here!

Check in and out very easy, everything was very clean when we arrived, and they have all necessary equipment for babies and kids (high chair, step stool, toilet training seat, books and games, baby monitor, baby bed, etc).
It was easy to find, parking was no problem.

The location is superb, right next to a small supermarket and the chair lifts. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are reasonably sized, and they have a fridge, which is nice, plus a balcony. Very clean and great daily cleaning service. The breakfast buffet is decent, though no warm items except for boiled eggs. We used the ping pong table in the basement, which is fun. Adequate parking for guests. The hotel does have a lift, albeit a small one.
