Just next to the bus stop, and also there is a river really close to hotel. The staffs were very kind. There was free coffee, tea and croissant in the lobby. We also loved the bar, since we came across Euro 2024, they had a huge screen for match nights. They also offered us a better room since the hotel was not very full.

Location, middle of town. Room was nice and comfortable. When I checked in late at night, Roman carried my bags to my room and upgraded me to a suite and it was wonderful!

The farmhouse vibe of the property and the outdoor hot tub
We liked everything at this hotel especially the friendly staff and service. Good breakfast, excellent wellness, good room size with good smelling wood furniture. We could walk everywhere and take trips around.
The hotel has an excellent restaurant so we ate in the hotel both evenings. We plan on coming back
The hotel was very nicely renovated and decorated and extremely clean. And the breakfast was excellent, with many more things than we could eat. The family suite with the well equipped kitchenette (even with tea and coffee!) was perfect for our family and the two dogs, too.
Super level of service! I was traveling by bike. And I fell in Chur. The hotel graciously proposed to me their pharmacy kit to treat my road rashes. Moreover the room was spacious. I will stay again in this hotel if I travel back to Lenz 👍
