Stayed at Le Cedre overnight only for a bike race in the area. Hotel was great for that as it's easy access to the main roads. Room was functional and offered everything I needed for the stay. There was parking right in front of the hotel.

Enjoyed our stay at Peanut lodge (never got the story). Spotless, modern, fun, cheerful, functional hotel. We booked the smallest room and it was small, but did the job. Reminds me of Moxy hotels - a bit quirky, but ok. Bath was the smallest. Parking was just outside the front door in the village public square. No problem for us, during high season I wonder?? Never had a machine check me in before, but it worked perfectly and spit out a key to our room. For what felt like a basic hotel, the sauna and restaurant were excellent. Food was amazing and extremely well presented. Small menu, but it is a small hotel, so makes sense. Our window opened to the side where the Bolangerie was and we went to sleep to the smell of baking bread - Glad we were not hungry - A 1st for us and delightful! Our room was quiet even with the window open, not sure if our room had faced the uphill round-about, might not have been so quiet.

Our host Mrs Paula was very sweet and took great care of us during our stay! We enjoyed a lovely breakfast at the restaurant, which has a typical cozy Swiss look to it. I had a wonderful 2-night, 3-day stay at the Grand Hotel Des Bains in the heart of the St Maurice mountains. Such an idyllic setting and the hotel was so conveniently adjacent. Hotel price per night included all-day access to the spa form early morning til 9pm and a fabulous buffet in an Exquitie breakfast room. Fairytale-ish. Swiss Disneyand !! I loved it !! PS: And so easily accessible by public transport from Geneva . And best price when you travel with Billets dégriffés ! Voilà !!

The staff service was exceptional, Manu on the front desk was amazing, she was kind, informative and provided us with excellent service throughout our stay! André in the hotel restaurant was also great, he was very understanding and kind. André provided excellent service and catered to our dietary requirements. The staff at The Grand Hotel really contributed to making our trip excellent. The spa was clean, the location was great and the rooms were very nice. The stay was better than what we had expected.
nice location for walking around outside on the side of the rhone river. very nice thermal bath with direct access from the hotel. very good food options in the hotel and excellent breakfast.
