I had an amazing stay at Riders Hotel in Laax, and I cannot recommend it enough! The atmosphere is a perfect blend of modern, stylish, and cozy, making it an ideal place to relax after a day on the slopes. The rooms are well-designed, comfortable, and perfectly suited for both adventure seekers and those looking to unwind.
However, what truly made my experience outstanding was the exceptional service at the reception. The ladies at the front desk were simply incredible – always welcoming, smiling, and genuinely happy to assist with anything. Whether it was recommendations, handling requests (looking for a missing SKI:)), or just creating a warm and friendly atmosphere, they went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt valued.
The hotel’s location is fantastic, with easy access to the ski lifts and all that Laax has to offer.
If you’re looking for a place where great hospitality meets a vibrant and stylish setting, Riders Hotel is the place to be. I’ll definitely be returning! Huge thanks to the incredible Team!

Nice quiet location, significantly cheaper than e.g. Rocksresort, but still good value. Be prepared to go up 100+ meters if you want to walk or bike to the Laax cable cars though. Underground garage AND open parking are apparently included in the price.

Nice ski resort, but like all very weather dependent. We were unlucky with pretty heavy winds and half of LAAX ski area was closed down (however same ticket price, no deduction) and we ended up spending most of the time in queuing for the ski lifts

Very cozy and clean, beautiful interior decoration with wooden details. Good breakfast, comfortable beds and good shower. The owners/staff were very kind and hospitable. Next time we would love to check out the restaurant because that looked very good too. Laax is a beautiful village with lots of outdoors opportunities and a great stop on our way to Italy.
2 bedroom apartment in hotel with (very good) restaurant and pool worked very well for a family. Frequent and reliable shuttle for the short distance to the lifts. Loved the pool and massive jacuzzi. Staff were charming in an understated way.
We first had an apartment on second floor, the view was blocked by another building. Upon our request the hotel changed to third floor, where we had a beautiful mountain view. The rooms were spacious and clean. Location is amazing!
