It's a short bus ride from the city center and the bus is free with your visitor card. Simple check-in process and was able to leave my luggage at the front-desk since I arrived before the check-in time. Friendly staff, quiet and clean facilities.

Everything is great but the most things we like is the beautiful location on the lake and their breakfast
The rooms are clean and well taken care of, the sauna is very nice and there are charging points for our electric car which was a big plus.
The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Since we wanted to extend our stay and there was only the suite left we were provided a very nice upgrade from the front office manager Paul. This left us with an unique experience of the hotel and Lucerne. We also really liked the private terrace area in front of the lake. Big thumbs up from us. Definitely coming back if we return to Lucerne.
Cosy shato-like hotel, have interesting interior-architecture design ideas implemented, like spiral staircase and labyrinthine corridors with knights armors, wall paintings and helmets in front of the rooms, all in the spirit of some Medieval imagination. Excellent location with direct lake access, great view from our room, very kind and helpful staff.
The hotel was very clean. The room was a good size and although our room faced the road we couldn't hear the traffic noise. The staff were polite and friendly and spoke good English. There was a good choice for breakfast and everything was fresh. The timings for breakfast were good ie spread over a few hours.
