Our stay was perfect! The room we were staying at had a balcony facing the entrance to the hotel, with the windows closed, we could not hear any noise from outside. The breakfast was very good, quite an extensive spread. Some plus points, there are some guests lounge, with lots of teas and coffees, which we could also take up to our room. Also, a fully equipped “picnic room”, where we can have our take out food, and even a microwave oven to heat up the food. The picnic room is very cosy, and looks so pretty too! There was no TV in the room, but there’s one in one of the guests lounge.

Honestly the service was absolute top notch! I’ve travelled all over the world and I’ve never had such a pleasant experience as the staff in the entire hotel.
From reception, to bartenders and hosts - it was truly helpful and made our stay such a pleasant experience.
We would definitely come back to grindelwald next winter and needless to say where will be staying again.
Amenities were perfect, food at the breakfast and the restaurant on the side of the hotel was amazing too. Great food at good prices.
Location is probably at the best area of the entire village.
I booked it on a whim and it was such a great experience.
