The location is nice , right next to first cliff cable car, lots of shops, restaurants . Room is basic but comfy (I think they newly furnished). Receptionist was kind. Room was spacious.
The 125-year-old Hotel Gletschergarten with its magnificent mountain and glacier view is personally run by the 4th and 5th generations with a lot of commitment.
The Hotel Jungfrau is situated next to the ski school with its own exercise area for children and offers direct access to slopes around the car-free village of Mürren.

Murren is ideally situated surrounded by the alps. You can only reach it by a cable car. On Wednesdays they hold a folk music festival. It was delightful - yodelers, dancers, brass ensemble, oompah trio.
The Jungfrau Hotel has a lovely setting - outdoor patio looking out at the snow-capped mountains. The hotel staff were wonderful. It was raining when we arrived and they picked us up at the train station. We ate in the restaurant - delicious food.
