The location, hotel staff, sauna facilities, pool, room, and breakfast were amazing. This was my third time staying at this hotel, and I was initially very happy with my experience. However, there was a situation that made me extremely uncomfortable, and I believe it should be addressed.

Excellent location, right next to train station and city center. It also has a parking in case you go by car. The staff is amazing: welcoming and ready to help for every question. I really liked the Hotel restaurant and their staff. It is better to book if you want to have dinner during the weekend. We did not book for Saturday and they were kind enough to accomodate us, but I realized that it is much better to plan ahead for that. We stayed in a suite, it was very confortable. They offer complementary coffee and water. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

Amazing family hotel! Very cozy and with great ambiance, perfect for embracing classic alpine experience. Great stuff, very friendly and helpful. Location was super convenient, only 10 min by train to Gstaad and also a great walk to get there. Breakfast was super fresh and tasty. I can only highly recommend the hotel! PS Also celebrating birthday here is a catch, we got complimentary champagne and got help organizing the cake.
