Great location with nice rooms overlooking the marina. The restaurant has a great variety and all the staff were very welcoming and helpful. One room was double booked but I was shown an alternative and given discount for the change.

The room itself is clean and they do housekeeping everyday. The hotel is in a lovely alpine village and the view of the lake is always stunning! Breakfast selection was decent but didn’t change much during our stay.

The room was very clean and the location good - less than 10 minutes to the train station and close to the river and the beautiful old town. The bed was comfortable and the hot water plentiful. Despite being adjacent to the railway, the room was quiet. The WiFi was good.
