We liked every aspect of the stay. Room had a great view of the lake, bed was comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious plus varied every day. Will for sure be coming back to stay again.

Location was amazing, lake view, next to bus/train stations. On top of local tourism office. Excellent.

Location was perfect. Very easy to get to by bus or train, yet in a very quiet area. Breakfast was delicious, and the owner was super sweet and accommodating.

Fairytale, romantic hotel. Everything was fabulous including the food. The staff were wonderful. Everywhere you look is a feast for the senses, the views, the architecture, the art on the walls, the lake, the waterfall, the little funicular train traveling up and down the mountain, the ships on the lake... wow. The hotel atmosphere is relaxed and we were made to feel very much at home.
other than the location of this property, there is nothing great about stay at this hotel. they are just charging high for the location. otherwise they have the poorest of services. They don’t even provide a kettle and tea/coffee amenities in the room. so forget about having a hot sip of coffee in bed, if you like to do so or to have hot water.
Beautiful location, very friendly staff, room was spacious and very clean and the entire hotel bursts of charm. Breakfast is amazing. I understand why some people opt to come back here over time, although it is on the expensive side, all in all. But an unforgettable experience.
