Easy to find, right in the centre of Brunnen, good sized lift, and good car parking close by. Room wasn't air conditioned but had lovely opening windows and was provided with a good fan. Excellent breakfast, although dining room a little hot, and staff helpful as it's difficult to manage a buffet when you use a walking stick.
It gives the real feeling of a Swiss
village , the cleanliness, the bus services , they have a tourist centre to help, the lake itself is biggest attraction, local people are very friendly and helpful

Well worth a visit and you must go to the top of the mountain the village sits at the bottom of and onto the lake that borders the village

This is a great hotel to get away from the hubbub of everyday life. Excellent views, choice of walks, close to the cog train to Mt Rigi as well as the ferry service.
Ronnie and Bruno, both of whom run the in-house restaurant, are friendly, charming and entertaining. Both speak English well.
Fully recommended.
We got an upgrade for our room and could use the Studio for the same price as the hotel room. The studio was bigger and included a kitchen and tv.
It was very clean and comfortable, located at the centre of Gersau.
both the owner and the staff where very friendly and helpfull. the breakfast at the hotel was very good and a good start off the day.

Charming hotel in a charming village on the Vierwaldstättersee. Hosts were nice. Free reserved parking just below the hotel. Good and fairly priced restaurant. Just 2 minutes from the lake shore and a swim (walk 250 meters to the right to find the park, from where the whole village goes for a swim).
All. The hotel is perfect for his price. The staff is nice. Hotel is small but rooms are big. The price of food are just. The view from lake is breathtaking..amazing place in general
