The host was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was small, but had everything I wanted. The jams were particularly good. Local products were provided. The hotel is very close to the centre and the bus station. The village and surroundings are beautiful.

The breakfast was fine with lots of different things to choose from. The owner was always present and ready to serve and help in any way. She was also attentive and asking if I was on a special diet since I brought my own cereals and yoghurt.
The location was very good, centered but not crowding, close to restaurants and other facilities. It's on a farm that you can visit if you like.

I love the atmosphere and the location of the restaurant. The view from my room and from the breakfast room are breathtaking. Breakfast is continental and delicious. Only 3 minutes to walk to the village.

My aim was to escape the city rate race, so I decided to visit, hike & take photos of the Lac Blue & the charming village of Evolène & Dent Blanche. Which was a worthwhile idea to mentally relax, listen to my self and enjoy the silence of my solitude.
A couple of pints with a wood oven Pizza from the restaurant downstairs were the highlight of my Saturday evening after a shattered hike.
Driving to Evolène was easy & straight forward, all I had to do was to click on booking location link which took me right away to Google map then I listened to GPS instructions where I found myself at the door step after the exact suggested GPS travel time. It couldn't be easier.
Two things I have regretted, 1) to stay longer than 2 days & 2) to get my self Nordic stick when it comes mountain hiking & tricking.

Very quaint little town with a lot of character. No ski lifts in town, but very well located to visit the areas of Evolene, Arolla, La Forclaz and Les Quatres Vallées (Les Masses). Very relaxed atmosphere.

Delightful village right up high near the end of the valley.
Delightful village right up high near the end of the valley. The village has plenty of old houses with stone roofs and a lovely main street.. Lots of restaurants and we were welcomed everywhere. No "another bloody tourist here" The views were spectacular and nature crowded all around. You will love it.
Compact flat with perfect location in the beautiful town of Evolene. Host was extremely kind and helpful during whole our stay. He even helped us by giving randone tips and showed us how to manage with the washing machine. All you need for a nice stay is located near by - food store, restaurants and ski centres (Tele Evolene & Arolla). Everything worked out smoothly and we can highly recommend this place.
Large apartment in a charming old building located in the middle of the beautiful town of Evolene. Excellent location near restaurants, cafés, grocery store, and short drive away from Tele Evolene and Arolla ski centers. The apartment has all you need for a lovely holiday: good kitchen, spacious rooms, own terasse and an amazing view. The host Joseph is very friendly and he makes you feel welcome.
The woman who owns this property is so sweet and helpful. She did our smelly backpacking laundry for us for 10 euros. I enjoyed talking with her for a little bit. The rooms are big, great Wi-Fi, great bathroom, nice balcony space. There is so much character and charm in this hotel. The dogs that live there are sweet!
Katherine is a wonderful host. The location in Evolene is perfect - a wonderful village and lots to do and see in the area. The breakfast was great. The local miel/honey was a real treat.
