Location. Close to lake (almost in front of) and short distance to train station in Luzern.
Breakfast was very good and waitress Jeta (I think that was her name, sorry if spelling is not right) was very helpful in giving me directions.

We liked the quiet peaceful setting on Lake Lucerne. The neighborhood is lovely and we enjoyed #98 hiking trail. Friendly staff,
comfortable bed and excellent buffet breakfast. We appreciate public transportation and the walk from both the bus and the train station in Horw, even with roller luggage was manageable.
The Ibis Luzern-Kriens is in a quiet yet central location at the foot of Mount Pilatus, next to the A2 highway and only a few minutes from Lucerne.

Everything was perfect. I can't find anything to mention as a downside there. I would like to thank receptionist Svetlana: her tips were extremely helpful and the attitude was excellent. I'd also like to mention a very convenient option to keep the luggage (very safe quick and easy).
