It is an okay place for one night. Right on the road and train track so we had to leave the windows closed because of the noise. We opted not to pay for the breakfast, at 18 euro a person it didn't offer much selection.

The room had everything we needed, and the daily room service was excellent. The location is ideal—peaceful, with a supermarket and metro station conveniently nearby. On top of that, the old city, cathedral, and other attractions are just a leisurely 10-15 minute walk away. The chocolate fountain with crackers was a lovely touch as well.
I highly recommend this place.

We liked the location and the great views that the hotel rooms provided from the balcony. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice and very helpful.
Awesome location next to the Lac Leman. Very cute village, easy access by train.
On Sunday almost everything is closed and services at restaurants are rather slow.
But in my opinion perfect to for a gateway to relax between lake and The Beauty of the Lavoux region
The apartment was lovely and cool. Very comfortable bed and pillows with beautiful linen. The appliances are high quality as was the coffee and tea. Superb walk in shower. Epesses is a beautiful village little bars for tasting the local wine. There is also a very good restaurant within walking distance with a terrace overlooking the lake (spectacular view) or you can go down to Cully.
The site of the hotel is very beautiful, with sweeping views of Lake Geneva and the Lavaux vineyards. We arrived in time and weather was nice enough to have dinner outside at the restaurant overlooking the lake - a real treat. We also liked the sober decoration of the room and the quiet village surrounding the hotel.
The design of the room, facilities and cleanliness. Our room on the ground floor was not facing the street/lake (as we wanted a quiet one), so it faced a wall, under the vineyard - we found that sort of cozy and did not bother us. We had no problem at all with finding a parking spot in front of the hotel.
The best thing in absolute is the position, which is just in the middle of the Lavaux vineyards in front of the lake: the atmosphere is magic and the quiet and kind style of this hotel perfectly matches this vibe
