I was caught in a very strong rain on the way to the hotel; when I arrived the two people welcomed me warmly, offered me a towel and felt very sorry for me. One of the employees offered to drop me at a restaurant in his car, so I could avoid the rain again.
The employees walked the extra-mile and provided an exceptional service. I would definetly come back to this hotel if I have the opportunity again
Hotel location is perfect very close to the train station. Big rooms with sofa bed. Clean and spacious bathrooms. 4 minutes walk to the boarder of Italy where you can take a bus to Como.
Room was good and spacious. The location of the property is very close to Chiasso Train station. Breakfast is average. Could be a good option if the intent is to transit.
