The excellent customer service, especially the afternoon desk clerks that checked us in and the housekeeping. Also the hotel is close to a bus stop that goes to the train station.

Property location was good but reception who received us very racist behaviour shows towards us once she looked our passports, and whenever we asked for anything she was speaking extremely rude, room air conditioning was also not working
