A nice hotel in a very convenient, quiet location but with enough shopping possibilieties nearby. Large parking lot. Nice room with a very comfy bed. Breakfast buffet had very limited options.

Bulle is a lively small Swiss city close to the mountains of Fribourg. The city has a charming old center with a castle and there are several very nice bars and restaurants for drinks and dining. There are some fantastic Asian restaurants (Thai as well as Japanese) that offer delicious food and drinks. And, there are many opportunities for nearby hiking (e.g. around Lac de la Gruyère, or around the "Gastlosen" mountains starting from the Jaun village). Finally, there is the Cailler chocolate factory (in nearby Broc, 10 min by train), that is definitively worth a visit!

Nice little town to pop in if you are in the area anyway, not really a true destination. You can see everything there is to see in one evening.
Best fancy dinner we had at "The tonnellier" restaurant-definitely worth 5 stars!
Best burger we had at "Fry Burger Gourmet" fast food, near the train station.
Be aware though, that a 4 persons meal in Switzerland could easily cost as much as an airfare!

Bulle is a tiny city, it's pretty but unless you are going to visit the Gruyere Museum or Cailler chocolate museum there is not much to do. Stores close at 4pm on Saturday... and everything is closed on Sunday.

Lots to see and do for a little town.
Lots to see and do for a little town. The museum has very low lighting due to the need to preserve exhibits. But it is really good, lots to read, hear and look at about the social history of the region. In German,French&English. Lots of cafes and restaurants. A big market "square" in front of the castle. Excellent integrated transport system.

It is anew hotel at the center ,near the train station .there is an elevetor at the hotel, many restaurants around the hotel ,migros and pharmacy is at the same complex .My daughter is a student at Glion ,so I travel to Bulle so often .I was staying at other hotels but now this hotel is my favorite .
I really appreciate the service of this hotel. Because I had a bit of delay due to my stay in Bern. But the service in the hotel was very friendly and welcoming and it didn't make them any problem to proceed my check in very late in the evening.
It’s quiet and the view it’s awesome,it’s the best hotel for a good rest the stuff it’s so kind and if you have a problem they will help you it’s the greatest crew i ever seen in a hotel,I’ll come back every time with pleasure here. Thank you!❤️
Hotel is near city center and just a short drive from Gruyere. Many parking places in the parking lot. Very good breakfast with local specialties like cheeses and meringues. Even some gluten free options. Good bathroom.
The property had free parking. The hotel is located in a good location - close to shops and restaurants. The host was really nice. He made us feel very welcome.
