I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, which made for a relaxing experience. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Great hotel, loved it.
Room was nicely layed out and decorated.
The staff were fantastic and friendly.
But the best part is the brasserie that is the main part downstairs. Had a wonderful feeling to it. The food was great from the restaurant as were the cocktails.

Parking in carpark behind is 30 yards away so very convenient and responsibly priced for overnight stay.

Situated just 3 km off the A12 motorway and 2 km outside of Bulle, ibis La Gruyère provides private parking with extra fees and comfortable rooms with panoramic views of the Alps.

A nice hotel in a very convenient, quiet location but with enough shopping possibilieties nearby. Large parking lot. Nice room with a very comfy bed. Breakfast buffet had very limited options.

Position was central and well located. Beds were comfortable and not too hard. Shower was strong and warm. Breakfast was good with excellent cappuccino. We had a fantastic dinner in the restaurant.

Nice little town to pop in if you are in the area anyway, not really a true destination. You can see everything there is to see in one evening.
Best fancy dinner we had at "The tonnellier" restaurant-definitely worth 5 stars!
Best burger we had at "Fry Burger Gourmet" fast food, near the train station.
Be aware though, that a 4 persons meal in Switzerland could easily cost as much as an airfare!

Bulle is a tiny city, it's pretty but unless you are going...
Bulle is a tiny city, it's pretty but unless you are going to visit the Gruyere Museum or Cailler chocolate museum there is not much to do. Stores close at 4pm on Saturday... and everything is closed on Sunday.

Lots to see and do for a little town.
Lots to see and do for a little town. The museum has very low lighting due to the need to preserve exhibits. But it is really good, lots to read, hear and look at about the social history of the region. In German,French&English. Lots of cafes and restaurants. A big market "square" in front of the castle. Excellent integrated transport system.
The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would really like ti mention Mr. Raul’s name for his commendable hospitality. We did had an early check in which he did it with very smooth process and we also did have a free upgrade from hotel. The service did exceeded my expectations. I would rate this hotel as 5/5 for his friendly and kind staff.
The hotel is located right in the heart of the city. The rooms have charm and have been freshly redecorated - or so it looks like. The rooms are small but it's ok for a night or two. Bathroom is small as well and clean, nice shower. The breakfast that you can get for CHF 10.- is good value for money.
Very friendly and welcoming check-in. Excellent lock-up bike storage. Comfortable bed, and good, though small shower. Easy access to Gruyeres by bike or train. (Station across the road). Bulle is a nice town to explore, in its own right. Good price (for Switzerland).
Next time we will stay longer. Bulle is a good base for the moutains and sightseeing. Appartments are a Ross the Street from the reception. Free parking. Accomodation is fully equipped, clean and dog friendly.
