The staff was very helpful upon check-in and even allowed me to check in a little earlier which was great because I could drop my luggage in the room and get out to experience the Gruyere Castle earlier than I thought. The view was incredible, it faced the mountains and Gruyere Castle. I was able to open the window and enjoy the air. It was a very clean and quiet room. Wish I stayed there more than a night.

The room is very big, cozy, clean and comfortable. It even has a washer and dryer. Plenty of towels and a big bathtub. I love it. If I was visiting someday in the future I would definitely repeat the booking of this hotel.

The town is lovely. We were there on a hot day but there are fans in the room and it cooled down at night. It is right next door to an excellent wine bar with friendly staff that I can highly recommend. Cute shops in the area.
The hotel itself has a nice feeling to it on the inside. It´s clean with a friendly staff.
We ate in the restaurant on the ground floor where we were really pleased with the food.
The pillows were good and the mattress ok.
You are quickly in the nature or on the motorway from the hotel.
Excellent hotel in the heart of Broc. Rooms are well decorated and many of them have a view over the mountains and Gryuere castle. Furniture is new and fresh, the beds are comfortable. Also you have a large parking right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient.
