The hotel is on the edge of the historical center and Zurich is very walkable. All members of the staff repeatedly went above and beyond in their friendliness and helpfulness.

The view from the hotel is stunning. But note that you don't get that view from the rooms in the newer building (the round-shaped one). You can enjoy the view from its bar and restaurant. The bar is open seating, but the restaurant requires reservations (the night that we tried was fully booked).
