The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. The aircon was a welcome comfort at the height of summer. We bought food at a local supermarket and ate it in the dining room, and the staff were happy for us to use their crockery and cutlery. Parking was available at the back of the property. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the best accommodations on our two week trip. Highly recommended.

Located in the Paridiso area of Luganda, a very pleasant 25 minute stroll from the main town centre.
Facilities in the room were great and included a small fridge with bottled water supplied. Also a valuables safe. Our room was close to the train line but we were not disturbed by the electric trains.
Great breakfast which could be taken inside or on the pool terrace.

The room is really nice, 4 star quality, I liked how it was decorated and all the furnishings and wardrobe were top quality. Beautiful stone bathroom. AC worked well. Location perfectly central near the station. Great atmosphere with the restaurant and market below. They put plenty of water bottles in the room daily. Also nice view from the rooftop bar/restaurant. My second time staying here and I will be back!

When I reported this to reception, the guy on duty laughed. I asked for another room due to traffic noise all night. They had no other room so received a refund for second.night. There was also a fridge which didn't cool drinks at all and a tiny balcony overlooking the supermarket next door. There are other hotels in other towns along the lake ....
Everything was perfect from the rooms and design but the thing that made my stay more enjoyable
