We called days before our reservation date to secure our room they confirmed that our accommodations would be met. After driving hours to go and stay in this hotel which we’d been coming to for 6+ years. They tell us our room is not available, they make us wait in the lobby for hours. And eventually tell us there’s nothing they can do for us and cancel our reservation.
