I needed a last minute room and found this and it worked perfect. Front counter person was great asked the right questions and away to my room I went. It was clean and I slept good and left early am for my flight. I would gladly stay again.

Very clean and great location. Shuttle was excellent. Loved the idea of breakfast to go and coffee was ready and hot.

I will say thay the young man at the front desk was very friendly but the room we had originally paid for, smelt really bad, Front desk gave us another room but not what we paid for as we booked a kingsize and were given 2 queens with a kitchenette, as that was the last one available. Room smelt like old cooked food.Carpets and chairs were stained and dirty. Mug for coffee was visibly dirty. Tub drain was caked with mould and scum. Bed sheets were clean. All in all ,probably one of the most unpleasant stays we have ever had.

Getting into the car and travelling a short distance for things to do. Enjoyed the Scandia mini golf.........a safe and fun way to enjoy the company of family. Also went up to Turtle Bay. Awesome lake with a relaxing beach. Being across the street from SaveOn made for quick and easy shopping to pick up quick dinners rather than do take out every night during this covid time.

We had a hic cup to our travel plans. The staff at this hotel worked with us at every step to help us get things figured out. We felt very valued as a customer. We highly recommend this friendly, clean, customer focused establishment. I can't thank them enough.
Great hotel. Friendly staff, very comfortable mattresses on the beds. Excellent soundproofing. The window of our room overlooked the highway, but there was no traffic noise at all. Very easy route from the Kelowna airport.
