We had a great stay at this property. The location was excellent, just 3-4 minutes drive from harbour, bay street which has the major restaurants. The property was clean, quiet, and well managed.

The location is the best in the city! Close to everything and with a nice patio next to the water. The personal was very helpful and incredibly nice! They have free coffee and tea with a neurologist machine which, to me, it’s way better than regular coffee machine. Love this place!!!

We stayed in the newer building, on ground level. The room was very fresh and clean, gorgeous bathroom, beds were comfy. Lots of nice bonuses like makeup remover wipes, outside there were little bbq grills to use, as well as toaster set up etc. Will definitely recommend and be back.

Jerry was the best! And the owner was horrible. I will be reporting this place with my honest opinion and calling a health inspector. I will also be reporting this place for the treatment/abuse towards Jerry their very kind worker. This will be done very seriously next week.

Having been moved to The Bruce Inn at short notice we were really impressed with the place. It was clean and quiet and a short walk from the harbour. The staff were also lovely

Breathtaking views of the Georgian Bay. The Grotto is a must; The cruise was cancelled because of inclement weather. Plan to revisit next year as I learned belatedly that the cruises tend to get canceled during the fall season.

The snorkelling was fantastic.
When you go to Flower Pot Island bring food, drinks and a bathing suit. The swimming is awesome!
The parking has to be booked in advance (which we did). You need to read the fine print though. You must be at the lot within the first two hours of your reservation or you forfeit your spot. If you need to cancel a reservation, it must be done two days in advance.

1. It is impossible to reach you by phone.
1. It is impossible to reach you by phone. I tried several times and left messages - no reply. The only people that answer are the ones attending the boat cruses. They transfer the phone to you without avail.
2. The building we stayed in made an annoying noise all night long. Was hard to sleep. We asked others and they experienced the same annoying noise,
3. The room had no AC. We kept the windows in the back and front open to get a draft. It finally cooled down at about 2AM.
4. You asked about breakfast in the survey we filled out. Were we entitled for that breakfast, and if where was it?

Small village on a lake. Not many shops and restaurants. Not much choice of food and if your hotel is not offering breakfast then you will need to find a suitable restaurant which opens in the morning becAuse not all places are open at 8am. Quiet and clean. Good for walks.

Must go to flower pot island, the Groto and visit the lighthouse.
Beautiful clear blue waters. Lots of opportunities for hikes in the areas but must be prepared to wear proper shoes if going on the Bruce trail.
SUPER cute! It's exactly what we were looking for. Much better then a hotel.
Very friendly staff, hot tub you can use for 30 min. Slept in these super cute cabins they just built, clean, new. GREAT location, 3 minute drive to everything! Wish they just allowed fires or had a fire table at each cabin. Exceeded my expectations, booked another night and definitely will be back!
We had a great stay. A stopover to going on a ferry ride. The place is under major construction. I am sure with the quality of room we stayed in it will be great for the next season. When we head back to Tobermory we will stay here again.
The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was within a walking distance from the centre of the city. There is a carpark in the facility which is a plus.
