The price was very much higher than expected. At the same time, checking in the hotel front desk. The front desk staff offered a few new people CAD 160.00 for the night. You were charged very high for me even though I booked in advance. The people had group 4 of them coming and inquiring about the price, for it is 160.00, and for me only a single person you were charged a very high CAD223.07. Just keep all the customers the same. Treat all the customers equally.
My room had no Lotion, the lotion bottle I found was a used one, Sambhoo bottle was empty.

This hotel's staff were audaciously asking for 20% tips at breakfast. When we carried no cash, we were even ask to charge it to our room service bills. We are a senior couple travelling from U.S. and this was our first and last time to Hilton Garden Inn at Markham (Highway 7 and Highway 404). Very bad experience.

We were there for a funeral near by, so not really there to sightsee. There were some interesting shops nearby, though, and subway very close by so I would stay in future if we had other things planned in Toronto
Nothing horrible service and room . The front office was rude and the bed was not comfortable I checked in at 3:00 pm and checked out at 6.21 pm.

Very good overall. The server at the restaurant was kind and very good. My daughter forgot her clothes at the hotel and the Manager was kind enough to send it to us. OUTSTANDING
