We did not stay. We pulled into the parking lot and noticed a group of about 10 motorcycles and bikers wearing The Ourlaw badges/shirts etc. they are a well known very bad biker gang and we were afraid to stay

This is an exceptional accommodation, matched by the beautiful owners. We were greeted by Rick and Adela and advised that they had given us a complimentary upgrade to a self contained unit. The unit was very spacious, very clean and had a large comfortable bed. The extra touches were appreciated - yummy cookies on arrival, and delicious muffins to take with us on departure. The unit had lots of information books on things to do in the area, and our hosts were really helpful with lots of tips as well. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Although the breakfast was an extra charge it was delicious and served on the deck with a view of the lake. Staff were helpful with suggestions about what to see in the area. Enjoyed our stay!

Very helpful staff, a good sized room, comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The outside area was nicely done and the motel was very close to an excellent supermarket.

We stayed in Sorrento because we were there for the Kamloops Ukulele Festival. Only visited the local grocery store which had everything we needed. Didn't go to any restaurants because we had kitchen facilities in our cabin so made our own meals.

Sorrento is a cute LITTLE town on the Trans Canada near Sushwap Lake, Its very easy to get around and just has one motel, gas station, grocery and liquor store, pizza place, "Home" restaurant and a bar and grill which is part of the motel and not open every day. There is a new development which includes a golf course, market and cafe about 15-20 minutes drive away. We appreciate that everything has been affected by COVID19 restrictions this year but selection is very limited in Sorrento itself. Its about as far as we want to drive in one day but next year we'll travel that bit further to Salmon Arm where we have more choice.

Great access to Shuswap lake and beaches three or four great restaurants in Sorrento. During our three day stay there was plenty of time to explore the area including pillar lake and motorcycle museum.
The room was clean and was good for overnight though the patio furniture could have been cleaner. The young man at reception was very helpful. The pub attached to the motel had live music which was surprisingly good. The meal was hearty and substantial. Forgot to mention we were the motel guest so could have gotten 15% discount. Everyone was friendly. That maybe Sorrento thing!
It was be a good "budget" hotel. It was clean and the beds were good. Problem was it was not budget. We paid double what should have been charged. Price gouging customers is not good. I understand a bit of an increase in the summer but this was not right.
The location was the only thing that we liked about the hotel was the location. There was dirt, grime and hair throughout the room including in the tub and sink.
