We arrived late at night at 8pm. The host welcomed us as soon as we arrived. She even made us a hearty spaghetti dinner with very yummy sauce.
The place was very good considering the location and price.
Since we arrived late, it was a bit hard for us to see where the cabin is, but Marie showed us where it was. We wanted to thank her the next morning but she wasn't available at that time.

Saint Roch is little more than a crossing with a few houses, but the location along the St. Maurice river across the national park is excellent. The islands that dot the bend are very nice and a reliable place to watch beavers at work just before sunset. The national park is worth the trip, and the Hébergement de la Montagne St-Roch a perfect place to enjoy it all.
